The Thomas A Biddle Foundation provides resources and support for families left behind after PTSD Veteran suicide. Each year. they host a fundraiser that combines a dinner and auction, and a motorcycle ride the next day after breakfast, hosted by a local American Legion post. The 5th Annual SOAR ride was the second weekend in September. This year’s event was hosted by American Legion Post 28 Legion Riders, and took place at Art Semro Post 28, 276 8th Ave NW, Ephrata, WA
