Post 108 Presents New Flags to Manson Schools

The American Legion was founded in 1919 on four pillars: Veterans Affairs and Rehabilitation, National Security, Americanism, and Children and Youth. 5th Annual Biddle Foundation SOAR Ride

The Thomas A Biddle Foundation provides resources and support for families left behind after PTSD Veteran suicide. VFW Post 3617 Pangborn Flag Detail

Douglas County Commissioners, Washington Trust representatives, and the Color Guard from Wenatchee Valley VFW Post 3617 gathered August 27th at the Pangborn traffic circle in East Wenatchee to install a new 20’ x 30’ flag. The flag was provided by Washington Trust Bank. Post 3617 volunteers have adopted the duties of lowering and raising the flag for commemorative events (previously handled by Douglas County facilities department).
