The Hilton Honors™ Military Program is aimed at giving back to military service members, Veterans, and their families.
This program allows Veterans or transitioning service members to receive 100,000 points to stay at Hilton brand hotels for approved job search related activities such as interviews, training, or acquiring housing in conjunction with starting a new job. Individuals must be a Veteran, an active-duty transitioning service member, or National Guard/Reservist. Individuals can receive up to 100,000 points once in their lifetime.
To be eligible, individuals must be registered at a WorkSource Center, have a current Hilton Honors™ account, and have a specific employment-related need to travel (job interview, relocation, or training for a new position).
The Hilton Honors™ Military program was started as part of Hilton’s Operation: Opportunity where they have set out to hire a total of 30,000 veterans, military spouses and caregivers. The program was launched in 2013 with a commitment to hire 10,000 veterans and spouses within five years. That goal was met two years ahead of schedule and they have since committed to hire an additional 20,000 military hires by the end of 2020.
