She will be arriving approximately noon; and, plans are for setting aside an area for a Press Conference so the local media can interview her after lunch. The luncheon will be begin between 12:15 and 12:30pm with an opening to include introductions of other dignitaries. The cost for this no host luncheon is $10.

President Vickie is a wonderful lady, who is devoting this year of her life to traveling the nation spreading the word about our veterans and the programs of the American Legion Auxiliary, developed and adopted to serve veterans (which includes military) as well as our youth and communities.

In addition to the American Legion Family of Washington State, our invitation list includes: Ephrata City Mayor, members of Ephrata, Soap Lake, Wilson Creek, Quincy, and Moses Lake City Councils. The Grant County Service Officer, Anthony Garcia, and Diane Anderson who represents VASH-HUD in Grant County are also invited.  As the time gets closer we may be able to add other dignitaries to attend.

PLEASE COME JOIN US. Meet and visit with President Vickie as well as the other dignitaries in attendance. To help us ensure enough food is prepared for all, we request you RSVP to the Post (509)754-2761 with the number in your party. If you wish to speak at the luncheon, please contact me.
