The Dementia Friendly Chelan Douglas Coalition is excited to offer three upcoming Pop-Up Memory Café events this summer for individuals living with dementia or other cognitive changes and their care partners. These gatherings provide a welcoming, relaxed opportunity to connect with others, enjoy meaningful activities, and spend time together in our community.
These events have been made possible through the collaboration of the Dementia Friendly Chelan Douglas Coalition, Ohme Gardens, Lilies of the Valley and the Chelan Douglas Land Trust and we would be grateful for your help in spreading the word.
