“Our guys start at 6am placing these flags at the Brewster Cemetery and then visit 4 towns cemeteries to honor the Veterans at each one. They come back to the [American Legion] Post 97 and have a color/arms presentation in front of the memorial there. The day is finished by taking down all the flags, folding and storing for next year.”

In Electric City, two WWII Veterans were presented with Quilts of Valor at the annual Memorial Day gathering.
