Manufacturer Coupon Clipping for Distribution to our Troops

[taken from the September issue of American Legion Post 28‘s newsletter] The Auxiliary collects and sends manufacturers coupons to overseas troops as a way of helping military families serving in foreign lands. These manufacturer’s coupons are accepted at commissaries and PXs overseas for up to 6 months after their printed expiration date, however it is best to collect and send coupons no more than 3 months past expiration. eBenefits moving to VA.gov

Just got an email from the VA explaining that some of the services from eBenefits are moving over to VA.gov soon. eBenefits is moving features and capabilities to VA.gov.
