Dedicating Hwy 20 to Vietnam Veterans

It seems the renaming of highways for groups of veterans is a common thing. And we’ve got another project in the works in our region (previously: naming Highway 97). Tour of Duty Charity Golf Tournament

It was a lovely day for a golf tournament, not too hot and not too cool. On Saturday, 04 June 2022, 27 teams of 2 from around the region converged on Highlander Golf Course in East Wenatchee looking to win prizes for their skills on the green. Legion Post 84 Recognizes Highland Stitchers

Several weeks ago a group of quilters who call themselves Highland Stitchers donated a beautiful patriotic-themed handmade quilt to American Legion Hodges Post 84 in Oroville.
